Welp, I?m pretty excited. I recently interviewed Cassey from Blogilates {!!!}. She?s created her thriving brand through her YouTube ( freeeeee!!! ) workouts, a?sexy gym bag?line, an award-winning blog, & her TV channel. Cassey is one productive/fit/motivated lady- I don?t know how she finds the time. Inspiration, much?

+ Hi Cassey! So excited to have you. Ok, so introduce yourself:
Hi my name is Cassey Ho & I am a fitness/Pilates instructor from San Francisco, California. I?m a YouTuber, creator of the format ?POP Pilates,? & also a fitness blogger. Just recently my blog was named ?Best Healthy Living Blog? by FITNESS Magazine! That was pretty cool. Oh! & I also design gym bags and yoga bags over for my own line of gear over at oGorgeous. Umm, ok, phew! I think this is why I don?t sleep.
+ Why Pilates?
I was training for a pageant back when I was sixteen & wanted to tone up quickly. My goal was a nice, long, lean dancer-like look. So I tried Pilates & I?ve been hooked ever since!!!
+ Tell us about your amazing, free ( yes, free- no excuses! ) YouTube vids.
Basically I upload new workout videos a couple times a week on my Blogilates YouTube channel along with any fitness/health Q & A?s on Blogilates TV.
+ Quick skinny trick?
Eat loads of vegetables & drink tons of water!
+ Weekly workout schedule?
I workout five to six times a week for about an hour to an hour & a half, plus I do a mix of weight lifting, Pilates, & cardio! I am all into StairMaster right now because it builds my butt!
+ Favorite go-to healthy food?
Mini grap tomatoes dipped in Trader Joe?s ?Fat-Free Spicy Bean Dip.? MMMM!
+ Motivation to stay in shape?
Feeling strong & having tons of energy! I like powering through new projects like The Energizer Bunny so I need to workout & eat right to do that.
+ Best beauty product?
Good sleep ( << I totally agree with Cassey on this one! ).
+ Natural beauty remedy?
Skin glows from the inside, so I would say nourishing your body with lots of veggies & water helps you sparkle with confidence & really helps you to look your best.
+ A secret model tip for diet and health?
Reduce your sodium intake if your prepping for a shoot or an event! It bloats you.
+ Example of a day?s worth of eating?
Breakfast: oatmeal, egg whites, & a banana.
Snack: almonds & some fruit.
Lunch: spinach salad with salmon, cranberries, grape tomatoes, avocado, & balsamic vinegar.
Snack: plain nonfat greek yogurt with raw sunflower seeds & raspberries.
Dinner: steamed brussel sprouts with chicken breast smothered in ?Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce? &?some soy sauce, side of tomato or black bean soup.
+ Quick, super easy recipe:
Banana pancakes! 1 banana + 2 eggs. Mash it up and place the batter on a skillet. Bam. You have pancakes!
